POLICY

All Agreements and Contracts for consultations and interpreting services include expressed terms regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds. In general, any deposits or full payments made in advance, before services are rendered, can be returned per the terms expressed in the Agreement or if performance of services has not been rendered.

Workshops paid for in advance will be refunded in the following case: 1) if payment has been received within two weeks of the upcoming workshop or seminar, and 2) if the request for a refund has been received at least 7 days before the workshop has taken place.

Books, workbooks, and other materials purchased either online or in person from an exhibit or workshop, if defective, may be exchanged for a different copy of the item purchased. Items must be returned first in exchange for the corrected item.
